Fees for Standard booth space: 10’ x 10’ (uncovered)
Arts, Guilds & Vendors: $75 (additional 10’ x 10’ space for $50)
Folk & Community Organizations: $75 (additional 10’ x 10’ space for $25)

Please bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. Electricity is not available. There is no fee reduction for single-day participation.

Fox Valley Folk Music & Storytelling Festival!

Our vibrant Arts & Crafts Marketplace is a beloved part of the festival experience, offering attendees a chance to explore and purchase a wide array of unique, handcrafted, and folk-inspired items. Exhibitors showcase everything from up-cycled and recycled goods, musical and folk art creations, artisan t-shirts, and handmade instruments to recordings, decor, and gifts that resonate with musicians, families, and eclectic collectors alike.

We warmly welcome both returning and new exhibitors, with returning vendors receiving priority placement. Booths are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so early application is encouraged. In addition, artist and crafter guilds working in traditional arts and methods are especially invited to apply and exhibit collectively, adding to the richness and authenticity of our creative community.
