EXHIBIT BOOTH & REGISTRATION
We especially welcome vendors involved in:
• Arts and handmade goods
• Music-related merchandise
• Cultural and community outreach
• Traditional methods or crafts (guilds and group exhibits welcome)
Festival Set-up & Logistics:
• Setup: 8:30–10:00 a.m.
• Teardown: 6:00–7:00 p.m.
• Vehicle access is limited to these windows only
• Parking provided in designated area; no parking allowed on Festival grounds at booths
• All items must be removed Sunday evening and can return Monday morning
• The Fox Valley Folklore Society is not responsible for collection or payment of State of Illinois sales taxes.
**Exhibitors are responsible for their own booth setup and materials. The Fox Valley Folklore Society and Geneva Park District are not liable for unattended items.**
